You will serve as the day-to-day connector between Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, agencies, and production partners. Your core responsibilities include building and managing the end-to-end paid creative operating system—from creative intake and briefing through production, asset delivery, approvals, trafficking, launch, reporting, and iteration. You'll translate growth priorities into creative briefs and testing roadmaps, coordinate assets and approvals across internal teams and external partners, and turn performance results into clear next steps.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage workflows for creative intake, production, asset delivery, approvals, trafficking, and reporting
- Partner with Growth Marketing to develop creative testing roadmaps and translate campaign goals into briefs, hypotheses, and success metrics
- Develop tools and processes including asset libraries, production calendars, naming conventions, version control, and documentation
- Track creative test results, document learnings, and identify optimization opportunities
- Continuously improve workflows, templates, and automation to increase throughput and efficiency
You bring 7+ years of experience in creative operations, growth/performance marketing, or related roles supporting paid marketing programs. You have exceptional attention to detail, a track record of owning high-precision work, and hands-on familiarity with major paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn). You understand marketing tracking and measurement (UTMs, pixels, conversion events, platform reporting). Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills are essential. Experience with billing, invoicing, vendor management, or workflow automation is a plus.
The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office per week. OpenAI offers relocation assistance.
