Tavus is a Series B AI research lab pioneering human computing and real-time human simulation models. The company creates conversational video agents that enable meaningful, face-to-face interactions at scale—applications include affordable therapy, personalized fitness coaching, and medical assistance. You will own measurable growth across the entire customer journey: discovery, acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Product, Sales, Design, Data, and Marketing teams. Key responsibilities: - Drive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion channels - Develop deep understanding of key audiences (developers, product teams, enterprise buyers) and translate insights into targeted campaigns - Analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and conversion opportunities - Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap across channels, messaging, landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and lifecycle communications - Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns - Improve website and landing-page conversion through testing, segmentation, positioning, and CTA optimization - Create lifecycle campaigns driving users from sign-up through value realization, active usage, qualified opportunities, and long-term adoption - Partner with Product on onboarding, feature adoption, and product-led growth loops - Leverage Tavus technology to deliver creative experiences including live demos and personalized video campaigns - Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, nurture, routing, and MQL-to-pipeline conversion - Define success metrics, build reporting dashboards, and communicate progress and learnings - Lead growth initiatives from hypothesis through execution, analysis, and scaling - Help build processes, systems, and playbooks for scalable, repeatable growth You'll thrive in this role if you have experience owning measurable growth outcomes for B2B SaaS, developer tools, API-first technology, or fast-growing startups. You are highly analytical, using data to spot opportunities and measure success. You balance short-term pipeline wins with longer-term product adoption and sustainable growth. You possess a strong experimentation mindset, are comfortable across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and product-led growth, and understand funnels, cohorts, attribution, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, retention, and payback periods. You move smoothly between strategic planning and tactical execution, combine creative instincts with analytical skills for strong messaging, communicate clearly, take ownership of outcomes, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. You are excited about AI and eager to help define a new category. Nice-to-haves include experience marketing technical products to developers or enterprise buyers, a track record building repeatable growth engines in Series A/B companies, success improving product activation or free-to-paid conversion, experience managing paid media budgets, familiarity with HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Looker, knowledge of marketing automation and CRM architecture, comfort with SQL, experience with account-based marketing or enterprise demand generation, and exposure to the Tavus API. Requirements: - Proven experience owning measurable growth outcomes for B2B SaaS, developer tools, API-first technology, or fast-growing startups - Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to identify opportunities, prioritize, and measure success - Understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization dynamics - Experimentation mindset and ability to develop testable hypotheses - Proficiency across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and product-led growth - Deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, attribution, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, retention, and payback periods - Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution - Strong communication skills and ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments - Passion for AI and emerging technology categories
