Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is launching a globally recognized weight-management brand in Germany and seeking a Growth Lead to build the growth function from zero. You will own the complete growth trajectory for this new brand, including channel strategy, creative testing, forecasting, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
You report to the Head of Growth for Germany and will manage a creative strategist from day one, with the ability to hire additional growth managers as the brand scales. Most of your time will be spent executing the work directly rather than managing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning channel strategy from launch, starting with paid social and search, then determining allocation for additional channels
- Building and managing forecasts for spend, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and patient volume
- Setting the creative testing agenda and deciding what campaigns go to market
- Leading weekly performance read-outs to senior leadership
- Hiring your team as the brand grows
- Launching the brand into adjacent verticals within the healthcare space
Eucalyptus combines GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. The company operates across five markets (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada) and has received NICE endorsement for NHS services. Germany is the fastest-moving market with its own budget and decision-making autonomy.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years in performance marketing, primarily in DTC or subscription businesses
- Deep expertise in Meta and paid social advertising
- Proven ability to build campaigns from scratch, ship launches, and troubleshoot problems
- Strong numerical mindset: comfortable building forecasts, interpreting data, and communicating when projections shift
- Experience in high-growth, resource-constrained environments (startups/scale-ups preferred)
- Hands-on approach: comfortable jumping into ad platforms, iterating landing pages, running experiments
- Understanding of performance creative: ability to brief creative strategists precisely and recognize what works before data confirms it
- Ability to identify what makes people stop scrolling, click, and convert
