Teya is a Series C fintech platform serving local businesses across Europe with financial tools, payments, and business management solutions. You'll join as Growth Lead to own the paid acquisition engine driving their inside-sales funnel across European markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic direction with execution. You'll own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok—channel mix, campaign architecture, bidding, audience targeting, and budget allocation. You'll stay hands-on in high-impact accounts while shaping how the growth team is structured, defining ownership models, contributing to hiring, and mentoring analysts and specialists to raise the technical bar on measurement and experimentation.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with country sales leaders to align on lead volume/quality targets, funnel definitions, and market-level plans; managing stakeholder expectations and results through forecasting, planning cycles, and clear performance narratives; owning the analytics and measurement layer by writing SQL to connect campaign, CRM, and onboarding data; using AI to build reporting and design measurement approaches; and optimizing unit economics (CPL, payback, LTV/CAC, ROAS) across the full funnel.
You'll also improve signal and integrations between data and ads platforms, optimize conversion paths (landing pages, forms, lead-capture flows), own the experimentation roadmap with proper A/B and incrementality testing methodology, and manage relationships with agencies, platform reps, and martech vendors.
The role expects 6+ years in paid acquisition and lead generation with proven team-lead or principal experience. You must have a track record owning meaningful budgets accountable to pipeline and revenue outcomes (not just media metrics), hands-on campaign management experience, strong SQL skills, solid grasp of acquisition unit economics, and comfort designing and interpreting A/B tests with statistical rigor. A strong inclination toward AI—actively using tools to build reporting and accelerate analysis—is essential. Experience in fintech, payments, or high-velocity inside-sales SMB-acquisition environments is a plus, as is operating across multiple European markets.
