As an Enterprise Growth Lead, you will own landing and expanding across flagship enterprise accounts, turning signed contracts into deeply embedded, expanding partnerships. You'll work directly with senior leadership to drive adoption across the company's largest clients and operate as an internal consultant, discovering challenges Fortuna can solve and turning discovery into commercial opportunity. You'll serve as connective tissue between clients, Operations, and Product/Engineering teams to directly influence product development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the commercial health and expansion revenue (ARR/NRR) of key enterprise accounts
- Map complex enterprise org charts to introduce new divisions, teams, and high-value use cases
- Partner deeply with customer stakeholders to understand value delivery and eliminate adoption friction
- Act as the voice of the enterprise customer inside Fortuna, translating needs into product roadmap feedback
- Build deep relationships with C-suite/VP champions and business leads, conducting regular meetings and tracking business impact metrics
- Establish early playbooks, customer frameworks, and expansion motions that will scale enterprise operations
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience, featuring a mix of strategy consulting, investment banking, operations, or growth/GTM at a high-growth startup
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen; understanding of complex data/workflow architectures and ability to bridge technical solutions with business outcomes
- Comfortable owning revenue, driving account expansion, and navigating commercial discussions with enterprise buyers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to lead meetings with executive stakeholders and command detail
- High agency, low ego, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where playbooks are built as you execute
