Wealthsimple, Canada's leading financial innovator serving 4+ million Canadians with $155B+ in assets under administration, is hiring a Growth Engagement Specialist to drive proactive client communication and growth marketing initiatives.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across in-app content, email, and mobile push. You'll segment target audiences, orchestrate customer journeys, build and QA campaign templates, deploy campaigns, and report on performance. A key part of your work involves leveraging AI tools (Claude, Braze AI features, etc.) to improve QA, content generation, campaign briefs, and reporting—and helping build repeatable AI-powered workflows for the broader lifecycle and growth teams.
You'll split your time roughly 50/50 between two focus areas: (1) partnerships—integrating and marketing new partner offers, growing perk usage and redemptions, and supporting sponsorship activations; and (2) referral growth—running monthly campaigns and experiments to increase customer acquisition through referrals.
You'll ideate and experiment on growth engagement strategies, including personalization and content variation, to drive client acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement. You'll analyze campaign and program performance, proactively report on campaign impact and client behaviors, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesis.
You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other growth and lifecycle marketers. The ideal candidate thinks "client-first," balances multiple projects without sacrificing quality, and understands both the technical and creative elements of consumer performance marketing.
