As Growth Content Lead, you will own growth strategy across three interconnected pillars: paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and site content. This is a hands-on generalist role where you'll set priorities, write creative briefs, run experiments, and develop content and assets in partnership with Design, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Paid Acquisition & Creative: Own creative strategy for paid campaigns, from audience insights through briefs, creative review, and iteration. Assess hooks, messages, formats, and placement fit; partner with designers, agencies, and creators to execute.
• Paid Testing & Performance: Maintain a biweekly creative testing cadence. Organize test variants, capture learnings, manage campaigns against agreed goals, and connect results to bookings and completed appointments.
• Site Content & Conversion: Own clarity and quality of growth content across website and landing pages. Shape narratives around prospective patient needs, answer common questions, and optimize next steps.
• Site Optimization: Use audience, search, and performance data to prioritize page improvements. Partner with SEO, Product, and Engineering on page experience and content QA.
• Lifecycle Content: Plan, write, and improve communications for key patient journey moments—from initial interest through booking and follow-up. Ensure messages are timely, relevant, and on-brand.
• Lifecycle Journeys & Learning: Work with Growth partners on audience segmentation, triggers, and cadence. Review engagement and downstream booking performance; use insights to improve journeys. Familiarity with platforms like Resend is helpful.
• Cross-Pillar Briefing: Turn audience research, performance data, and brand strategy into clear briefs for paid, site, and lifecycle content. Define audience, objective, insight, message, format, CTA, and success metrics.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Design, SEO, Engineering, and lifecycle partners to move content from concept to launch. Bring in technical support for measurement, site changes, or integrations.
You'll be successful when: new creative enters testing biweekly with clear audience insights; test results inform next iterations and connect to bookings; website and landing pages answer patient questions and drive conversions; lifecycle communications cover key journey moments with timely, relevant, on-brand messages; and learnings flow between paid, site, and lifecycle channels.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years in growth or content marketing, including hands-on paid acquisition and campaign performance experience
• Strong creative judgment: ability to assess ad hooks, messages, formats, visual execution, and audience/placement fit
• Experience translating performance and audience insights into creative briefs and partnering with designers, agencies, or creators
• Track record of testing paid creative and using results to shape subsequent briefs and iterations
• Experience writing or shaping website and landing-page content with focus on clarity, conversion, and user next steps
• Experience planning or improving lifecycle communications, including audience journeys, triggered messages, and lifecycle measurement; familiarity with platforms like Resend is helpful
• Clear writing and editing skills; ability to create compelling, easy-to-understand content across formats
• Comfort reading performance data across paid, site, and lifecycle channels; ability to connect content work to bookings and completed appointments
• Comfortable collaborating with analysts or engineers on measurement, tracking, and site implementation
• Strong organization, follow-through, and collaborative communication skills across Growth, Design, SEO, Engineering, and lifecycle teams
