Greenhouse is seeking a full-cycle Growth Account Executive to join the EMEA Sales team. In this role, you will own the entire sales process from initial outreach through revenue booking, managing a dedicated portfolio of growth-stage and SMB accounts across Europe. Key responsibilities include: - Managing a full-cycle sales process (prospecting, qualifying, closing) for a dedicated account portfolio - Balancing inbound lead qualification with self-sourced outbound prospecting to build your own pipeline - Using reverse-funnel metrics and disciplined prioritization to manage your pipeline and hit quota - Applying value-based sales methodology to uncover customer pain points and differentiate Greenhouse's hiring platform - Building trusted relationships with decision-makers through digital engagement and face-to-face meetings where appropriate - Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and delivering weekly/quarterly sales forecasts - Introducing Greenhouse's broader platform capabilities, including AI-powered features like Voice AI, when appropriate for customers - Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and other teams to optimize the sales funnel - Taking on additional projects as business needs require The ideal candidate is a hunter who loves prospecting and winning competitive deals, a self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments, and a strategic thinker who prioritizes effectively. You should be coachable, methodical, and excited to develop your sales craft using value-based selling and reverse-funnel analysis. A positive attitude in the face of adversity and comfort with constantly evolving environments are essential. Requirements: - 1–3 years of direct sales experience closing technology solutions with a proven track record of meeting quota - Consistent history of hitting and exceeding sales quota - Fluent English - French, German, or Dutch language skills (preferred) - Exposure to a sales methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling (preferred) - Right to work in Ireland (required; company cannot support employment permit applications) The company encourages applications even if you don't meet 100% of qualifications, valuing unique perspectives and transferable skills.
