Pylon is an agentic support platform purpose-built for B2B companies, backed by a16z, BCV, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator. The company has raised $51M in Series B funding and serves over 1,500 companies including Linear, Cognition, Modal Labs, and Incident.io. As Group Product Manager for Support, you will own the Support business unit end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes. You are accountable for the success of this line of business the way a GM is accountable for a business division. Key responsibilities include: - Owning top-line business outcomes tied to revenue; developing and executing the plan to grow adoption and consumption of the Support product. - Driving the agentic support vision forward, refining strategy, and shipping product while staying ahead of the fast-moving AI landscape. - Owning large company bets from initial customer problem through strategy, execution, launch, adoption, and business impact. - Operating autonomously across product development and go-to-market, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and design while partnering with PMM and AEs on positioning, pricing, and market strategy. - Grounding all decisions in customer signal through daily customer conversations, calls, tickets, product data, and feature requests. - Filling gaps that don't have a natural owner and doing whatever it takes to move Support forward. - Contributing to a low-ego, high-competency culture where first-principles thinking and rigorous debate drive decisions. You will need 5-8 years of product experience, including owning a meaningful product area or line of business against real business outcomes and taking a product from 0 to 1. Experience leading or mentoring other PMs (formally or informally) is required. You must be comfortable operating like an owner in ambiguity, be highly organized, and operate with velocity. Experience with support, customer success, or AI/agentic products is a bonus. The role requires relocation to or current residence in San Francisco with a commitment to in-person work. Pylon offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including fully covered medical/dental/vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, parental leave, 14 company holidays plus unlimited PTO, annual offsite, office meals, and fitness stipend.
