Printify (part of FYUL, formed in 2024 from the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead strategy and product direction for Printify Sales Hub — a merchant-success platform that helps merchants convert intent into commercial activity and build sustainable growth behaviors. The Sales Hub is designed to guide new Shopify merchants from connection and product creation through store launch, first sale, and early GMV. The vision extends to a reusable merchant-success system spanning AI-led onboarding, merchant intelligence, gamification, lifecycle interventions, and community connections, eventually serving other segments and channels. This is a senior individual-contributor role with company-level impact. You will not manage a team but will drive outcomes across multiple squads and functions through product judgment, strategic clarity, and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into coordinated action. Key responsibilities include: **Strategy, Discovery & Business Ownership:** Define and evolve Sales Hub's product strategy end-to-end (activation, first sale, early GMV, retention). Set the North Star and KPI tree, with merchant segmentation starting with Shopify while architecting for reuse across other channels. Build deep understanding of merchant progression using research, behavioral data, cohort analysis, and experimentation. Continuously reprioritize, killing low-confidence ideas and making explicit trade-offs between near-term gains and compounding capabilities. **AI-Led Merchant Success:** Shape how AI drives the Sales Hub experience as a context-aware system using merchant, catalog, and behavioral data. Explore and validate personalized onboarding, next-best-action recommendations, and proactive interventions. Define where gamification genuinely changes behavior versus adding superficial engagement. Partner with Engineering, Data, and AI/ML on feasibility, cost, trust, and scalability, ensuring initiatives tie to measurable outcomes. **Cross-Domain Execution & Commercial Leadership:** Translate strategy into phased initiatives with clear outcomes, scope, dependencies, and decision gates. Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, and Lifecycle before work starts. Lead complex trade-offs without defaulting to escalation. Build rigorous understanding of funnels, cohorts, and economics. Connect product investment to commercial outcomes (GMV, retention, LTV) and be explicit about opportunity cost. **Organizational Leverage:** Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership on merchant growth and AI strategy. Coach and mentor Product Managers, creating reusable frameworks so the organization improves at solving merchant-success problems. Success metrics include: Sales Hub has a clear multi-year strategy and prioritized roadmap understood across teams; more high-intent merchants progress from onboarding to first sale with measurable cohort improvement; AI-driven guidance shows repeated, measurable value and becomes increasingly personalized; Shopify proves the model with capabilities becoming reusable across channels; cross-team initiatives run with clear ownership; senior leaders rely on your judgment for merchant growth decisions. **Requirements:** - Extensive Product Management experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplace, e-commerce, creator economy, or platform businesses, with a track record of driving significant customer and commercial impact across complex, multi-squad domains - Deep expertise in activation, onboarding, retention, growth loops, and experimentation - Strong AI product judgment — able to distinguish real customer value from technology-led novelty - Advanced analytical skills (funnels, cohorts, segmentation, KPI trees, opportunity sizing) - Strong commercial judgment connecting product decisions to GMV, revenue, retention, or LTV - Proven ability to operate in highly ambiguous problem spaces, think in systems, and lead cross-functionally - Strong technical fluency to partner with Engineering, Data, and AI teams - Excellent written and verbal communication for both executive and delivery audiences - Demonstrated experience mentoring other Product Managers - Plus: background with Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or other merchant/seller-ecosystem platforms
