Unframe is an AI-first startup helping Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, the company combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. As Group Product Manager for Product Solutions, you will lead a team of Product Managers owning a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions built on the Unframe platform. This is a high-ownership, 0→1 role in a deliberately ambiguous environment where problems are not predefined. Key responsibilities include: leading a PM team on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers; working directly with customers to identify the highest-ROI use cases and define success metrics before building; operating in high ambiguity to shape opportunities where requirements are unclear; driving solutions from early concept through production deployment; owning a portfolio across multiple enterprise customers and managing parallel engagements; supporting PMs in day-to-day execution, prioritization, and unblocking; balancing speed with long-term quality and reuse; identifying patterns across solutions to drive productization with the Platform team; and mentoring PMs to develop their product judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous contexts. You will operate with end-to-end ownership, making key product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope. The role requires deep cross-functional collaboration with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers, working on-site from Tel Aviv. Required qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments; proven experience with complex systems and enterprise customers navigating competing needs and constraints; demonstrated ability to manage strong PMs while setting direction and empowering independent decision-making; track record of driving products from concept to real-world impact; strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
