As Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions in production. This is a high-ambiguity, fast-paced role where problems are not predefined. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to identify high-value problems, define solutions, and drive execution from early stages through production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a PM team working on complex, high-impact AI solutions
- Identifying and defining high-value problems in close collaboration with customers
- Operating in ambiguity to shape opportunities with unclear requirements
- Driving new solutions from concept to production with key decision-making authority
- Owning a portfolio across one or more enterprise customers, balancing multiple parallel initiatives
- Balancing execution speed with long-term scalability and product quality
- Identifying patterns across solutions to drive reuse and productization
- Mentoring and developing Product Managers in a fast-paced environment
You will have end-to-end ownership, real decision-making authority, and close collaboration with founders and senior leadership. This is a true 0→1 environment at scale where ideas move to production rapidly.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments. You should have a proven track record managing strong PMs, operating in ambiguity, and driving products from concept to real-world impact. Experience with complex systems, enterprise customers, and cross-functional leadership (engineering, AI, GTM) is essential.
