Oscar Health is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Member Coverage & Support Platform team. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the platforms that enable members to enroll, understand billing, and receive support—spanning coverage data integrations, APIs, billing and payment workflows, and support team tools. You will own a large, technically complex product area and set vision and strategy for a critical part of Oscar's operating model. Key responsibilities include modernizing legacy systems, improving end-to-end member and agent experiences, ensuring platform scalability through seasonal peaks, and developing product strategies for evolving support models including AI-assisted and human-handled cases. This is deeply cross-functional work. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leaders to translate complex systems into clear priorities for non-technical stakeholders. You'll make thoughtful tradeoffs across member experience, operational performance, platform reliability, and business needs. You will lead and develop a team of product managers, reporting to a Director of Product Management. The role is based in Oscar's Los Angeles (Marina del Rey) office with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office per week, with Thursdays required for team meetings and events. The other two office days are flexible. Required: 7+ years of product management experience, 2+ years of people management, experience leading technical platform products or internal tools, and strong communication and analytical skills. Bonus: healthcare, insurance, fintech, or regulated industry experience; experience improving support operations through tooling, automation, or AI.
