Salary: PLN 15,300 - 17,000 / monthly
Revolut is a global fintech company with 75+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The Finance team ensures clarity and confidence across the organization, assessing risk and guiding strategic decisions.
As Group Credit Controller, you will be the subject matter expert on credit-related topics across the group, spanning retail, wholesale, and proactive risk mitigation strategies. You'll play a critical role in scaling Revolut's credit operations globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliation, presentation, and disclosure of credit-related financial statement line items
- Leading month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes, including audits
- Collaborating with Credit and Risk teams to ensure IFRS 9 compliance across retail, wholesale, and credit management processes
- Supporting the launch and growth of credit products across multiple locations
- Identifying credit exposures and ensuring proper accounting under IFRS 9 and IFRS 7
- Serving as a key member of internal credit committees and owning the ECL (Expected Credit Loss) model for the group
- Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls (SOX) across credit and ECL processes
- Acting as the primary contact for external auditors (group and local)
Required qualifications:
- Qualified accountant or equivalent certification
- Deep expertise in IFRS 9 standards and expected credit losses (ECL), including data, models, accounting, disclosure, and controls
- Experience with credit products across retail and wholesale segments
- Strong data analysis skills, including SQL proficiency
- Logical, structured problem-solving approach
- High motivation and results-driven mindset
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in fast-growing organizations
- Familiarity with financial instruments (derivatives, hedging, financial guarantees)
