Paytm is seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across multiple channels and formats. You will conceptualize and design standout creative work for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, events, and offline collateral. Your role involves translating marketing briefs into sharp, on-brand visual communication while staying ahead of social trends and emerging visual styles.
You will partner closely with marketing, content, social, and business teams to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring brand consistency and visual identity across every asset. The position requires juggling multiple projects and priorities while maintaining timelines and quality standards. You'll stay curious about design trends, AI advancements, and emerging creative technologies.
Key responsibilities include owning brand consistency across all touchpoints, designing for both digital and print/offline formats, and demonstrating a strong understanding of platform-specific design (social-first thinking). You'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, time management, and collaboration are essential.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally from an agency or in-house design/marketing team
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Proven experience designing for both digital campaigns and offline/print communication
- Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and presentation-design tools
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
- Strong portfolio of social-first design work demonstrating platform understanding, not just aesthetics
- Sharp attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work under fast-paced deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration ability
