Favorited is a digital community platform that empowers creators by enhancing audience participation and fostering deeper connections through gaming and interactive experiences. The company is seeking a Graphic Designer to shape and evolve the Favorited brand across digital, social, marketing, and product experiences.
In this hands-on role, you'll develop compelling visual creative across multiple channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and emerging platforms. You'll help evolve Favorited's visual identity, design language, and brand system while translating creative concepts into high-quality visual executions. Responsibilities include creating assets for product launches, creator initiatives, events, activations, and marketing campaigns; developing visual systems and templates that maintain brand consistency; and partnering with social, marketing, product, design, and creator teams to develop cohesive creative experiences.
You'll take projects from initial concept through production and final delivery, bringing strong visual storytelling and creative thinking to new and ambiguous projects. The role requires staying current on design trends, internet culture, gaming, social media, and emerging visual styles while establishing creative standards and raising the overall visual quality of the brand.
The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, or digital design with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and creative range. You should have a strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy, with experience designing for digital-first brands and social platforms. Experience with gaming, livestreaming, social, entertainment, or creator-focused brands is a plus, as is familiarity with internet culture, memes, and social trends. Motion graphics, animation, video editing, illustration, 3D design, or mobile product design experience would be valuable additions.
