Dexory is redefining warehouse automation with robotics and AI, and is seeking a Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of this fast-growing tech company. This role offers significant variety—from product launches and social campaigns to event experiences and robot branding—with your work visible across all brand touchpoints. You will collaborate with marketers, product teams, and commercial stakeholders to transform complex ideas into bold, engaging visuals that resonate with customers. Key responsibilities include turning creative briefs into compelling visual concepts; designing marketing collateral across print and digital channels (campaign assets, sales decks, event materials); developing visual identities for product launches and feature updates; creating on-brand social media and email content; supporting robot and site branding with print-ready production files; contributing art direction to photography and videography shoots; liaising with print and production suppliers; identifying new creative opportunities; and managing projects within agreed budgets and timelines. Required qualifications include a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent portfolio; 2–5 years of professional design experience spanning multiple formats and channels (agency and in-house experience valued); confident, independent use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and working knowledge of Figma; practical experience with AI-assisted design tools; solid grasp of brand systems and consistency; strong typographic and layout craft with understanding of accessibility basics; confident communication and stakeholder management; and commercial awareness of how design quality impacts brand perception and campaign performance. The role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week onsite in Wallingford. Benefits include private healthcare via Bupa, life insurance, income protection, pension (4% employee + 5% employer with salary exchange option), Employee Assistance Programme, and 25 holidays per year.
