Bespoke Post is a lifestyle brand focused on curating quality products and creating guides that help customers discover and elevate their daily lives. The company operates through a direct-to-consumer shop, editorial content, subscription boxes, and proprietary brands. This is a craft-driven graphic design role positioned at the center of how the brand communicates across all channels—print and digital. You'll bring creative briefs to life across packaging, direct mail, catalogs, print collateral, website, email, social media, and motion work. You'll work closely with the Associate Creative Director while contributing your own perspective on brand direction and visual language. Key responsibilities include: **Creative Execution**: Turn creative direction into finished, production-ready work across paid social (still and video), email, website, packaging, direct mail, catalogs, and mailers. Maintain consistent quality whether files ship to a printer or browser. **Print Production Expertise**: Understand print techniques, paper stocks, color reproduction, die lines, and pre-press requirements. Design with confidence for print, knowing the difference between screen appearance and actual print output, catching issues before they become costly mistakes. **Design Fundamentals**: Command typography, image selection, and color theory across mediums. Create type that works in headlines and die lines, select and treat images effectively, and apply color theory from screen to press. **Concepting & Ideas**: Shape concepts into decks that communicate ideas clearly using mood boards, references, and campaign directions. Bring options and perspective while remaining open to direction. **AI-Enabled Craft**: Use AI tools for ideation, exploring variations, and speeding production across print and digital. AI accelerates your process without replacing your creative eye. **Production & Quality**: Own QA and revisions with attention to detail and consistency. Deliver work close to final on first pass. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Build relationships with Merchandising, Marketing, and production teams, ensuring work aligns with their goals. **Brand Standards**: Maintain the design system and graphic standards library across touchpoints, flagging inconsistencies rather than treating them as exceptions. You bring 3–4 years of professional design experience, ideally in ecommerce or DTC. You're proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and increasingly comfortable with Figma. You understand print production—file prep, CMYK/Pantone color, paper stock, pre-press basics. You're fluent designing for digital (email, social, web banners, paid ads, responsive formats). You work with AI tools as a baseline part of your process. Klaviyo or similar ESP design experience is a plus. You have solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition. You can build and maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and brands. You manage concurrent projects and deadlines without slipping. You're detail-oriented and comfortable building presentations to communicate concepts.
