Salary: GBP 65,000 - 65,000 / annual
Monta powers the EV charging ecosystem with 300,000+ monthly users and millions of charge sessions. This role is a Go-to-Market Operations Engineer responsible for owning the revenue systems stack and enabling scalable, efficient GTM processes.
You will own day-to-day HubSpot CRM administration, including properties, workflows, pipelines, user permissions, and internal requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams. You'll administer DealHub for quoting and CPQ workflows, ensuring smooth quote-to-cash processes, and maintain the broader revenue systems including invoice databases and GTM tooling.
Key responsibilities include managing integrations between platforms, troubleshooting sync errors, and ensuring reliable data flow across the stack. You'll identify bottlenecks and manual steps in revenue workflows, then build smarter, automated alternatives. This includes implementing lead routing, scoring, lifecycle triggers, and CRM playbooks that support consistent, scalable processes. You'll document systems and processes, keeping documentation current as things evolve.
Data quality and reporting are critical: you'll take ownership of data integrity across the revenue stack—deduplication, validation, enrichment, and monitoring. You'll build and maintain reports and dashboards giving the revenue team clear visibility on pipeline, system health, and process performance, and set up alerts to flag inconsistencies early.
You'll act as a trusted internal resource for GTM teams, translating business needs into system solutions. Work closely with the Director of Revenue Operations and the broader RevOps team to support strategic initiatives, and help onboard and train team members on tooling and processes.
