Unframe combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to help Fortune 500 customers move from concept to deployed AI systems faster than competitors.
You will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition and account expansion across EMEA North. This is a hands-on player-coach role requiring an experienced sales leader who leads by example, stays embedded with the team, joins customer meetings, and actively supports deal execution.
Key responsibilities include: managing and coaching Strategic AEs in discovery, multi-threaded engagement, forecasting discipline, and enterprise deal strategy; supporting regional pipeline generation and deal progression through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; acting as a player-coach on key opportunities to help navigate C-suite conversations, technical validation, procurement, and compliance; ensuring strong CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and adherence to sales processes; collaborating cross-functionally with Product Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success; and identifying regional market opportunities to influence GTM strategy and enablement programs.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership or team lead roles; 8+ years in enterprise software sales (AI/ML, data infrastructure, digital transformation preferred); experience closing and coaching $1M+ ACV enterprise deals; strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management expertise; deep understanding of consultative, solution-based selling; entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience selling into regulated industries, building teams in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments, and operating within multi-region enterprise GTM structures.
