Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual
Jerry.ai is a Series C, YC-backed fintech startup with 5M+ customers and $240M in funding. Founded in 2017, the company launched its product in 2019 and achieved profitability in 2024. Jerry is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets, starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat ownership categories.
You will serve as General Manager for one of Jerry's emerging product lines, reporting directly to the Cofounder/CEO. This is a high-impact role where you will own the P&L, set strategy, and drive execution across product development, customer growth, partnerships, and operations. You may also lead a small team of 1-2 people initially.
Jerry has launched five new products this year alone (home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, roadside assistance), each with distinct operational complexity, customer pain points, and scaling paths. You will be responsible for accelerating growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030, leveraging Jerry's existing user base, product-market fit, capital, traction, and high-caliber team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to build and scale a new business within a late-stage startup with proven fundamentals and resources. You will work 2-3 days per week in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or hands-on operating roles in fast-growing startups
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in person in Palo Alto office 2-3 days per week
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
