The Global Total Rewards Program Director is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Total Rewards programs globally. This includes compensation, benefits, mobility, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives that are scalable, consistent, and operationally robust. Key responsibilities include: **Program Design & Development:** - Design and build global Total Rewards programs, frameworks, and operating models that are scalable and easy to navigate - Define program requirements, workflows, governance structures, and supporting documentation - Establish clear ownership, decision-making structures, and cross-functional alignment - Contribute to the evolution of Total Rewards strategy aligned with company EVP, talent strategy, and Total Rewards philosophy **Program Implementation & Execution:** - Lead end-to-end implementation of global TR programs including compensation cycles, market benchmarking, benefits renewals, equity processes, recognition programs, and mobility workflows - Translate strategic priorities into well-designed programs and consistent execution across ongoing operations and key program cycles - Ensure high-quality program delivery and consistent global experience **Cross-Functional Partnership:** - Partner closely with HRBPs, People Services, Finance, Legal, and business leaders - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver integrated Total Rewards solutions - Support talent strategy execution through rewards programs The role requires expertise in global compensation design, benefits administration, equity management, and HR operations. This is a strategic position that shapes how the organization attracts, retains, and engages talent worldwide.
