Tenstorrent is building high-performance AI systems and the supply chain infrastructure to deliver them at scale. The company is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to own OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) partnerships, backend manufacturing execution, and supply continuity from wafer-out through final shipment.
This is a hybrid role based in Taiwan with regular travel expected. The position involves leading OSAT supplier relationships, managing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), KPI reviews, and commercial negotiations while building trust and holding partners accountable. You will coordinate engineering builds, qualification lots, process readiness, yield ramps, demand, capacity, materials, and production schedules across multiple OSAT partners.
Responsibilities include managing backend operations such as bumping, assembly, burn-in, final test, and system-level test for advanced packaging and multi-die products. You will own substrate and critical-material sourcing, including capacity, pricing, tooling, lead-time risk management, and high-density substrate requirements for HBM and AI compute products. The role requires resolving supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks while establishing reliable OSAT data, KPIs, and processes to support analytics and automation.
You will gain deep understanding of how advanced AI hardware moves from wafer fabrication through packaged silicon delivery, how OSAT capacity and yield decisions affect product availability, and how to manage strategic partnerships with leading semiconductor manufacturers across Asia. The role also involves scaling advanced packaging and multi-die products from qualification into volume production.

**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of OSAT workflows, including flip-chip, wire bond, and wafer-level packaging
- Hands-on experience working with Taiwan-based OSAT partners
- Ability to negotiate complex supplier agreements, pricing, tooling, and NRE costs
- Experience managing relationships across technical, commercial, and operational issues
- Clear, direct communication skills and ability to work effectively across global teams and suppliers across North American and Asia-Pacific time zones
- Mandarin fluency is a plus
- Structured, data-driven approach with experience using ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), PLM systems, and reporting tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations
