Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks an experienced Global Supply Chain Integration Lead for India to drive strategic growth and supply chain excellence in one of the world's most complex regulatory environments. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of supply chain, business development, and growth strategy. You will support Anduril's India expansion by building supplier relationships, advising growth teams on partnership development, and enabling rapid scaling across the region. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Growth & Partnership Development**: Fuel India expansion by supporting corporate development teams in forging relationships with industry leaders. Shape pre-contract strategy through scope definition, proposal development, and term sheet generation. Serve as the supply chain voice in go/no-go decisions, bringing market intelligence and risk assessment to leadership. Monitor India's industrial ecosystem, manufacturing technologies, and regulatory developments to identify partnership opportunities. **Supply Network Development**: Identify and qualify suppliers across diverse commodity categories supporting multiple product domains. Lead end-to-end supplier engagement including selection, qualification, and onboarding—assessing technical capability, capacity, quality systems, and financial stability. Develop multi-tier visibility to understand and mitigate supply chain risks across tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers. Drive localization initiatives aligned with national security requirements. **Expert Advisory & Regulatory Navigation**: Guide Indian industry partners with strategic supply chain advisory support. Support comprehensive sourcing strategies for partners executing Anduril programs. Navigate regulatory complexity ensuring compliance with Indian regulations (FEFTA, Three Principles on Transfer of Defense Equipment, export controls, dual-use goods, sanctions). Partner with business line teams to assess sourcing strategies and develop approaches aligned with product roadmap and cost targets. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Serve as primary liaison between Anduril's engineering, operations, and program teams and India manufacturing partners. Partner with Product Sourcing Engineers and Global Sourcing Managers. Manage supplier performance including escalation protocols, corrective action oversight, and capacity planning. Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. 8+ years progressive experience in strategic sourcing/procurement focused on contract manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology. Demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex manufacturing agreements with Indian suppliers. Professional fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal). Regulatory expertise in Indian compliance landscape. Broad commodity knowledge spanning electronics, precision manufacturing, materials, optics, sensors, and defense-relevant categories.
