Zscaler is seeking a Global Senior Manager of Leave of Absence to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of global leave, time off, and disability programs for a rapidly growing, diverse workforce. Reporting to the AMS Director of Benefits within Total Rewards, you will serve as the strategic architect and operational lead for these critical employee programs.
Key responsibilities include: designing and standardizing global leave frameworks that balance statutory requirements with competitive benefits; serving as the lead subject matter expert for complex ADA cases and regulatory compliance; building and implementing leave of absence, time off, and disability processes and policies, including vendor selection and implementation; managing third-party administrators by enforcing SLAs, conducting quarterly business reviews, and performing audits; overseeing the end-to-end leave lifecycle with HRIS integration across Workday, ServiceNow, and payroll systems; leveraging analytics and dashboards to identify bottlenecks and automate manual tasks; and cultivating a high-performing, inclusive global team through cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field with 8+ years of progressive employer health and welfare benefits experience, including at least 5 years specifically in global leave of absence and disability administration. You must have 3+ years of direct people management experience, ideally with distributed or global teams, and deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws. Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain is required. The position is hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in-office) based in Santa Clara, CA or Bellevue, WA, or fully remote within the US.
