Rubrik is seeking a strategic Global Resource Management Leader to build and lead the resource management and capacity planning function for its Global Professional Services Organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Professional Services, you will establish operational foundations and systems to drive alignment across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. Key responsibilities include building and managing a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system tailored for global professional services. You will drive operational alignment across three major regions, moving from documenting standards to actively enabling regional Consulting and Delivery leaders to execute and adhere to defined global processes. As a critical member of the PS Leadership team, you will champion process design and participate in identifying and implementing a Professional Services Automation (PSA) system as the system of record to eliminate manual effort and accelerate capacity planning, resource forecasting, and reporting cycles. You will ensure data integrity and business intelligence by maintaining clean, harmonized data that feeds leadership decision-making. Close collaboration with PS Delivery leaders, Finance, HR, and the PS Leadership team is essential to deepen cross-functional process ownership and ensure resource capacity meets projected demand. You will manage and lead a robust sub-contractor ecosystem, seamlessly integrating external partners as extensions of Rubrik's internal Consulting team to dynamically scale global capacity. Executive reporting is a core responsibility—you will provide high-level visibility and strategic recommendations to senior executives regarding global utilization, capacity forecasts, and talent distribution. Required qualifications include 7-10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSAs and AI. You must have direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a direct Consulting/Delivery team, and demonstrated success building and managing resource management/capacity planning systems for global professional services businesses. Strong executive presence, organizational navigability, and cross-functional experience are essential. You should have a strong understanding of operational systems, business intelligence, AI, and process automation within a global services context. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is welcomed.
