DocPlanner is the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda. The company operates marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools that help doctors, clinics, and hospitals work more efficiently. As Global Pricing Specialist, you will lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, owning the ARPU (average revenue per user) target for your segment. Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing what's working in current pricing models, proposing fixes, aligning local and global teams, and rolling out to new countries with clear targets and weekly cadence. Key responsibilities: - Move ARPU targets through specific pricing moves: tighter discount discipline, package mix shifts, and price resets by market, with rapid anomaly diagnosis - Identify pricing opportunities across the marketplace and build the business case for them - Own pricing recommendations to GTM leadership, proposing moves, defending trade-offs with data, and converting decisions into rollout plans - Drive alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on contested pricing decisions without formal authority - Generate optimization hypotheses grounded in data and design behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling - Adjust budget assumptions as market learnings emerge - Maintain country price lists in internal systems You'll work with a 3,000+ person organization that remains agile and hands-on despite scale. The role requires 5+ years of pricing experience (ideally SaaS or marketplace), direct experience with GTM/sales leaders on pricing decisions, strong data skills (SQL, Google Sheets), and comfort with ambiguity. Economics, math, or business degree preferred. Professional English (B2+) required for meetings and writing.
