DocPlanner is the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda. The company operates marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools that help doctors, clinics, and hospitals work more efficiently.
As Global Pricing Specialist, you will lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, owning the ARPU (average revenue per user) target for your segment. Your primary project involves diagnosing what's working in current pricing models, proposing fixes, aligning local and global teams, and rolling out to new countries with clear targets and weekly cadence.
Key responsibilities include: moving ARPU targets through specific pricing moves (discount discipline, package mix shifts, price resets by market); identifying pricing opportunities across the marketplace; owning pricing recommendations to GTM leadership with data-backed trade-off analysis; driving alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on contested pricing decisions; generating optimization hypotheses; designing and running behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling; adjusting budget assumptions based on market learnings; and maintaining country price lists in internal systems.
You'll need 5+ years in pricing (ideally SaaS or marketplace), direct experience with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions, strong data skills including SQL, advanced Google Sheets proficiency, and the ability to explain complex numbers simply. Economics, math, or business degree preferred. Professional English (B2+) required for meetings and writing. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, knowing when to stop analyzing and start testing. The role is fully remote within Brazil, though DocPlanner has hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome, and Bologna if you prefer occasional office time.
