The Global Payroll Operations team is expanding rapidly to serve employers and employees worldwide. This role is a critical hire focused on developing and executing new global payroll capabilities outside the US market.
As a Global Payroll Operations Specialist, you will own all operational aspects for the UK market. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing tax issue resolution on behalf of customers
- Communicating with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Collaborating with R&D teams to inform product development
- Bringing country-specific payroll expertise to support the development of Rippling's natively built payroll software
- Supporting the expansion of Rippling's global product offerings
This is a hands-on role that bridges operations, compliance, and product development. You will be instrumental in building Rippling's payroll operations muscle in new markets, ensuring the platform meets local regulatory requirements and customer needs. The role requires deep understanding of UK payroll regulations, tax compliance, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to translate operational insights into product improvements.
