The Global Payroll Operations Specialist will join Rippling's Global Payroll Operations team during a critical expansion phase. This role is dedicated to building new capabilities and expertise for payroll operations outside the US, with initial focus on the UK market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own all operational aspects of UK payroll, including tax issue resolution on behalf of customers
- Communicate with UK government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to inform the development of natively built payroll software
- Bring country-specific payroll expertise to support product development
- Support the expansion of Rippling's global payroll product offerings
This is a foundational hire for the team, positioned to develop critical new operational muscles around global product operations and localized payroll expertise. The role bridges customer operations, regulatory compliance, and product development, requiring deep UK payroll knowledge and the ability to translate operational insights into product improvements.
