The Global Payroll Operations Specialist will join Rippling's Global Payroll Operations team to support payroll execution across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. This is a hands-on role managing defined payroll workflows and sub-processes, supporting statutory payment and filing operations, and communicating with internal stakeholders and government agencies as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll execution workflows specific to ANZ markets
- Supporting statutory payment and filing compliance operations
- Resolving moderately complex payroll and compliance issues with minimal supervision
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to improve payroll quality and operational efficiency
- Building country-specific payroll expertise and scalable processes
- Communicating with government agencies and internal teams on payroll matters
The role is critical as Rippling rapidly expands its payroll platform globally. The specialist will work independently to manage their workload while contributing to the broader mission of making global payroll seamless and integrated across Rippling's suite of products.
