Nozomi Networks is seeking a Global Partner Programs and Operations Manager to own and scale the company's partner program end-to-end. The role encompasses strategy, program design, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, Enablement, and RevOps. Key responsibilities include: **Strategy & Program Design**: Define multi-year partner program strategy and roadmap benchmarked against competitive OT/IoT and adjacent security vendors. Translate strategy into scalable frameworks that partners understand and internal teams can execute. **Program Development**: Shape distributor program tiers and economics, and develop emerging programs such as an Authorized Assessment Partner track, from business case through launch. **Tier Management**: Design and own the partner tier model end-to-end (e.g., Elite, Advantage), including qualification criteria (revenue, certifications, investment), benefits, discount structures across all regions and partner types, advancement/demotion mechanics, annual tier review cadence, and partner-facing tier scorecards. **Partner Voice**: Run structured partner feedback mechanisms—partner advisory council, NPS/CSAT, or similar—that feed directly into tier and benefit design. **Enablement**: Design and maintain partner enablement curriculum (sales, technical, and certification tracks), define competency and certification requirements tied to each tier, and manage the partner LMS content calendar in partnership with the Enablement team. **Portal & Ecosystem**: Treat the partner portal as a product, owning content strategy, self-service resource center, deal-registration workflow, and UX/roadmap in partnership with IT and the PRM vendor. **Program Assets**: Build and publish program guides, benefit summaries, logos, badges, and partner-facing communications that are clear, consistent, and actionable. **Incentives & Benefits**: Launch and manage the Partner Rewards Program and individual SPIFF campaigns, including eligibility, qualifying activities, fulfillment, and compliance controls. Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF), Not-For-Resale (NFR), partner training allowances, and certification-linked benefits. **Compliance & Governance**: Own partner portal terms and conditions and program policies with Legal. Lead annual partner reviews, including onboarding, tier changes, and offboarding. **Operational Excellence**: Maintain partner program internal processes, documentation, and metrics; drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment. Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure and industrial/government organizations across 68+ countries with an AI-powered platform that secures operational technology and IoT infrastructures. **Requirements**: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience or specific required qualifications. However, the role demands expertise in partner program strategy, tier design, enablement curriculum development, PRM systems, incentive program management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Candidates should have demonstrated experience building and scaling partner ecosystems, designing tiered partner models, managing benefit programs (MDF, NFR, SPIFF), and driving operational processes in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
