As Global Organic Social Lead, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of PayJoy's organic social media presence across all platforms and markets. This is a leadership role responsible for building and managing a team that creates compelling content, drives community engagement, and amplifies brand voice globally while maintaining local relevance in key markets.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing a comprehensive organic social strategy aligned with company growth objectives; building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing social media team; creating and overseeing content calendars, editorial guidelines, and brand voice standards; managing community engagement, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering brand advocacy; analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content strategy based on data insights; collaborating cross-functionally with product, communications, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging; identifying emerging platforms and trends to keep PayJoy ahead of the curve; and reporting on social impact and ROI to leadership.
You will work in Mexico City, serving as a hub for PayJoy's Latin American operations while coordinating global initiatives. The role requires someone who understands the nuances of emerging markets, can build authentic community connections, and can lead a distributed team across multiple geographies and languages.
