As Operations Manager for EMEA, you will lead the onboarding team in executing strategic priorities and delivering operational excellence. This is a people-management role where you'll be accountable for team performance, project delivery, and customer experience outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading team execution against key objectives with clear accountability for results
- Cross-functional collaboration with People Operations, Immigration, Payroll, Legal, and Client Services to align initiatives with business needs
- Performance management through setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing contributions
- Supporting organizational change by modeling adaptability and building team resilience
- Developing team members' skills and career growth through coaching and mentoring
- Ensuring consistent onboarding quality and positive customer experience
You'll work in a dynamic, client-facing environment where every team member drives measurable impact. The role requires balancing competing priorities, solving complex problems, and fostering accountability and engagement across your team.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, proven success managing projects or small-to-medium teams, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities.
