In this Global HRIS and HR Operations role, you will be the operational backbone of Rapyd's HR function, managing day-to-day execution of HR processes and systems across the organization. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle within the HRIS platform, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and personnel changes. Your responsibilities span process design, automation, and continuous improvement of HR workflows to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing HRIS processes and flows for the complete employee lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system with strict data governance
- Generating regular HR reports and metrics to support data-driven HR decision-making
- Automating HR processes to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and refine HR policies and workflows
- Supporting the HR team in executing strategic HR initiatives
- Managing HR services globally in partnership with regional HR leads
