As Global Head of Talent Attraction, you will architect the recruitment strategy and execution for Clara's critical business units across Latin America. You own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle—from employer branding and market positioning to candidate experience and hiring efficiency. Your mission is to ensure Clara maintains one of the highest talent densities in the region and globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute the recruitment roadmap aligned with Clara's business growth targets
- Build and enhance Clara's employer brand to attract top talent
- Design and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to streamline the recruiting process
- Partner strategically with leadership and hiring managers on headcount planning and compensation
- Optimize use of Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for data-driven, transparent pipelines
- Own candidate experience and quality of hire metrics
- Continuously audit and improve recruitment processes
You bring 7+ years of talent acquisition experience scaling teams in high-growth tech or fintech environments. You have deep knowledge of the Latin American talent landscape, particularly for engineering, sales, and fintech roles. You're proficient with modern ATS platforms and genuinely excited about integrating AI and automation into recruitment. You communicate clearly in English and Portuguese/Spanish, navigate ambiguity with ease, and act as an owner rather than waiting for direction. Data fluency and Spanish proficiency are valued additions.
