This role bridges global people strategy with local execution, ensuring HR policies, employee relations, and expansion frameworks are robust, compliant, and scalable across a distributed, high-performing organization. Key responsibilities include: directly managing and mentoring a global team of HRBPs; serving as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk employee relations issues; leading HR workstreams for new office launches and international expansions; owning global HR policies and handbooks while ensuring local labor law compliance; overseeing annual people cycles including performance reviews and succession planning; managing global mobility, visa requirements, and cross-border transfers; and synthesizing regional people metrics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of HR experience with 2–3 years managing HR teams, demonstrated expertise across multiple regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC), a proven track record resolving complex employee relations cases, practical experience setting up HR frameworks in new territories, and CIPD accreditation or equivalent. Exceptional stakeholder management, discretion, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills are essential. Data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets) and coaching qualifications are desired. This is a critical leadership position focused on bringing stability, process excellence, and strong execution to a fast-growing global footprint, with autonomy to run the global HR function while keeping regional teams deeply connected and supported.
