Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching over 300 million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. You will lead Fever's global transportation and logistics operations end-to-end, managing a distributed team of logistics coordinators across multiple time zones. This is a strategic role requiring both hands-on execution and team leadership. Key responsibilities include: • Own global transportation operations from planning through delivery, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient movement of product and resolving escalations quickly, including outside standard hours when needed. • Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance, assigning strategic projects, and building departmental capabilities aligned with company growth. • Manage stakeholder relationships across production, finance, legal, and tax to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination. • Define, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs including on-time delivery rates, cost variances, and ticket response times to drive operational excellence. • Negotiate contracts and pricing with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships. • Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial tracking across the department; develop forecasts and identify cost optimization opportunities. • Anticipate logistics challenges, develop proactive solutions, and continuously improve processes and team efficiency. • Translate complex transportation and importation requirements into clear communication for non-logistics stakeholders. You bring 5+ years of transportation or logistics experience, 3+ years managing teams, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. You have proven negotiation skills with carriers and logistics partners, are fluent in English (additional languages a plus), and are comfortable with ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
