WorkMotion is a remote-first workforce solutions company helping businesses hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally. This Global Entity Operations Associate role sits at the center of WorkMotion's global infrastructure, managing day-to-day entity operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will own corporate maintenance activities, track and drive compliance obligations (license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, corporate governance), and help execute the company's international expansion strategy by managing entity set-up and operating infrastructure. You'll source and manage external partners in the EOR infrastructure, coordinate expansion and improvement initiatives, and serve as the trusted point of contact for entity-related matters across the organization. Key responsibilities include: - Managing daily operations and corporate maintenance of global entities across multiple jurisdictions - Tracking compliance obligations and working with external and internal stakeholders - Supporting international expansion through entity set-up and infrastructure management - Sourcing, selecting, and managing external legal, corporate, and compliance partners - Project management of expansion and strategic initiatives - Collaborating with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams - Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit-readiness - Identifying and solving inefficiencies in entity management systems and processes You'll work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with a 5-person Finance team based in Germany and Egypt. The role requires comfort with asynchronous communication, cross-border coordination, and managing complexity across regulated environments. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or relevant field - 2+ years of work experience in international operations, project management, entity set-up/maintenance, legal operations, or compliance management - Project management skills with ability to lead initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and manage timelines - Organized, flexible work attitude across varying topics and tasks - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills - Comfortable in high-paced, dynamic environments - Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and risks - Strong attention to detail and documentation practices - Fluent in English (written and spoken) BONUS: - Experience in entity management, legal/paralegal work, or project coordination - Familiarity with regulated environments (FinTech, SaaS, multinational operations) - Understanding of corporate governance, entity compliance, and regulatory obligations in global context - Experience in remote-first or globally distributed environments
