WorkMotion is a remote-first workforce solutions company helping businesses hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally. We're seeking a Global Entity Operations Associate to manage the day-to-day operations and compliance of our global entity infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions.
In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of WorkMotion's international expansion. You'll manage corporate maintenance activities, track and drive compliance obligations (license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, corporate governance), and help execute our international expansion strategy by managing entity set-up and operating infrastructure globally. You'll source and manage external partners and providers for our local EOR infrastructure, support project management of expansion initiatives, and collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams.
You'll maintain records and documentation for audit-readiness, support regulatory inspections and internal reviews, and identify inefficiencies or gaps in entity management systems and processes. This is a high-impact role requiring someone who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, coordinating across borders, and turning moving parts into scalable processes while maintaining sharp attention to compliance and accuracy.
You'll work within a 5-person Finance team based in Germany and Egypt, though the role is fully remote within +/- 2 hours of CET. You'll be a trusted point of contact for entity-related matters, bringing people, information, and timelines together to ensure consistency and momentum across WorkMotion's global operations.

- Organized, flexible work attitude with ability to respond across varying topics and tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills
- Comfortable in high-paced, dynamic environments
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and risks

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
**Bonus qualifications:**
- Experience in entity management, legal/paralegal work, or project coordination
- Familiarity with regulated environments (FinTech, SaaS, multinational operations)
- Understanding of corporate governance, entity compliance, regulatory obligations, and operational risk management in global context
- Experience working asynchronously in remote-first or globally distributed environments
