Thunes is seeking a Global Culture & Regional Experience Lead to bridge organizational culture strategy with physical workplace operations. This hybrid role combines two key responsibilities: serving as the Center of Excellence Owner for Employee Experience globally (50%) and Regional Workplace Lead for APAC (50%).
In the global employee experience capacity, you will own end-to-end strategy for employee engagement surveys, extracting actionable insights from pulse data and partnering with regional leadership to drive cultural improvements. You'll build and scale an international network of Culture Champions across all global offices to ensure localized engagement aligns with company values. You'll architect the global blueprint for company-wide events, celebrations, and connection points, ensuring each gathering has strategic purpose tied to retention and team cohesion. Cross-functional alignment with regional leads and people services teams will be essential to integrate cultural milestones into core HR workflows including global onboarding and company initiatives.
Regionally, you'll oversee day-to-day facilities operations, space planning, health & safety compliance, and local vendor management for the APAC cluster. You'll maintain a vibrant, high-utility physical office environment reflecting corporate culture and meeting operational needs of local teams. You'll manage the local operations budget, tracking expenses for office supplies, catering, and regional community events.
Required qualifications include 3+ years in Workplace Management, People Operations, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Event Strategy. You must be data-driven with proven ability to interpret employee feedback data (eNPS, engagement metrics) and translate statistics into actionable initiatives. Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills are essential, with a track record of building cross-functional communities across diverse global regions. Strong project management capabilities are needed to balance high-level cultural strategy with daily logistics of running physical offices.
