Conga is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to own the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards. You will be the subject matter expert and executor for Conga's global compensation strategy, translating market intelligence and business needs into scalable, competitive, and equitable pay structures. Key responsibilities include: • Redesigning global salary structures for market alignment, simplicity, and faster execution • Implementing a new compensation tool globally, partnering cross-functionally with vendors, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS • Owning the full Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) cycle, including merit, bonus, promotion, and pay-for-performance corporate bonus payouts • Conducting complex budget modeling and presenting comprehensive compensation models to support annual planning • Managing Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP) administration and preparing quarterly Board materials • Driving compensation benchmarking and survey participation to ensure competitive positioning • Supporting strategic People Team initiatives including performance management redesign and compensation communications • Leveraging AI tools to accelerate compensation work, from communications drafting to market research and data synthesis You will partner closely with Finance, People Partners, HR Ops, HRIS, IT, Payroll, and business leaders. This role is foundational to the People Team's FY27 strategy focused on simplifying programs, communicating through rigorous modeling, and delivering flawless execution of core compensation cycles. Conga is a market-leading commercial operations platform trusted by over 10,000 customers, including 50%+ of the Fortune 100, to unify pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications.
