Spring Health is seeking a Global Care Navigator to support members through their mental health care journey. This role is part of the Clinical Operations team and requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field with licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist. Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken) is required, with additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish as a plus.
You will provide compassionate support to members across multiple channels—phone, chat, and email—during Monday-Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET. Key responsibilities include conducting clinical needs assessments, managing care coordination (platform sign-up, appointment scheduling, intake information gathering), and referring members to appropriate levels of care. You'll assess and manage member crises, including suicide risk, by providing in-the-moment support, triage, and safety planning.
Additional duties include providing psycho-education and motivational support for mental health and substance use concerns, engaging in intake and coaching services for global members, identifying barriers to care, researching crisis resources across countries, and documenting all interactions in Spring Health's systems. You'll participate in staff meetings, case consultations, training, and special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure, excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with multiple computer platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Performance will be measured on connection-to-care metrics, productivity, and member satisfaction.
