Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 / annual
Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. This role is responsible for managing, administering, and implementing competitive benefits programs that align with company values and support a holistic total rewards strategy. The position oversees U.S. and global benefits programs across 12 countries, serving as a subject matter expert.
Key responsibilities include developing and building scalable, innovative wellness programs; planning and managing implementation of health, welfare, and retirement plans; developing communications for leaders and employees; interacting with consultants, brokers, administrators, and insurers to evaluate services and coverage; ensuring compliance with country, provincial, federal, state, and local legal requirements; overseeing enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits; administering U.S. benefits enrollment systems; managing annual open enrollment processes; managing audits, census requests, and invoice payments; completing required filings; coordinating benefit communications; resolving employee questions; reviewing contracts and agreements; monitoring government regulations and market trends; and collaborating with shared services resources.
Required qualifications include experience managing and developing benefits programs for multinational companies; experience with online enrollment systems and U.S. benefits compliance including 401(k); Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in total rewards and benefits administration; experience independently developing and implementing programs in global locations; advanced knowledge of global benefits requirements; vendor relationship management experience; strong presentation and data analysis skills; experience in fast-changing environments; strong decision-making and influencing skills; and experience leading, guiding, mentoring, and educating cross-functional peers.
