FlixBus is seeking a Global Accounting Process Manager to join the Global Accounting and Process Excellence Team. This role owns and governs the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own and govern the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls
• Drive global process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and shared service centers
• Lead process optimization initiatives, including robotic process automation (RPA), workflow optimization, and ERP enhancements
• Maintain the global process optimization roadmap, prioritize improvement opportunities, and manage implementation of approved initiatives
• Define and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets to ensure continuous improvement and value realization
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
• Partner with key stakeholders including shared service centers, IT, country and regional teams, product owners, and external providers to optimize end-to-end process performance
• Leverage process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and best practices
