Join Lightspeed's Finance team as an FP&A Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A. You will drive financial planning and analysis partnerships across business units while contributing to strategic financial initiatives. Your responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to provide financial support and analysis aligned with strategic objectives; building financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly projections to support decision-making across the organization; managing reporting projects involving large data volumes, deep analysis, and actionable recommendations; serving as a business partner to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability; managing P&L analysis to identify improvement opportunities and lead cost optimization initiatives; developing and improving KPI tracking and dashboards; establishing financial policies and procedures to enhance forecast quality; supporting long-term strategy development; maintaining cross-functional networks to anticipate revenue-related changes; and participating in financial planning tool implementation. You will also prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, support ad-hoc projects such as new business evaluations, and contribute to organizational objectives beyond your core role. You bring a bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or finance; minimum 7 years of progressive financial analysis experience; advanced Excel proficiency; demonstrated experience developing, tracking, and presenting P&L statements; experience as a finance business partner to senior leadership; and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. The role operates in a flexible environment with 3 days per week in-office. Lightspeed is a global company with employees and customers outside Quebec, making English proficiency essential for this position.
