Buena is building the technology infrastructure for the real estate industry across Germany. The company acquires property management firms and transforms them into technology-driven businesses. In under two years with fewer than 25 headquarters staff, Buena has become Germany's second-largest property manager.
You will assume full operational leadership and management responsibility for a property management office in Munich from day one. Your primary focus is leading the on-site team, continuously optimizing operational processes, and actively shaping daily business operations. As an experienced executive, you will represent the company to clients and ensure first-class property management quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full business management of the Munich property management office, including P&L responsibility, budget management, cost control, and quality assurance
- Sovereign leadership of owner assemblies (ETVs) and professional management of advisory boards and property owners
- Technical and disciplinary leadership, direction, and motivation of the existing on-site team; responsibility for further team expansion
- Optimization of existing structures through establishing clear processes, digital workflows, and defined responsibilities
- Operational implementation of central initiatives, particularly in digitalization, process automation, and quality improvement
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience as Managing Director or Prokurист (authorized signatory) of a property management firm with focus on condominium management (WEG)
- Deep expertise in condominium law (WEG) and comprehensive knowledge of rental law; ability to handle complex legal and commercial matters confidently
- Sovereign competence in preparing and leading owner assemblies (ETVs) with professional experience managing advisory boards and property owners
- Strong commercial acumen including P&L and budget responsibility, combined with clear hands-on mentality and execution strength
