Buena is building the technology platform that powers the real estate industry across Germany. The company acquires property management firms and transforms them into technology-driven businesses. In under two years with fewer than 25 HQ staff, Buena has become Germany's second-largest property manager.
You will assume full operational leadership and management responsibility for Buena's property management office in Remscheid from day one. Your primary focus is leading the local team, continuously optimizing operational processes, and actively shaping daily business. As an experienced executive, you will represent the company to clients and ensure first-class property management quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full P&L ownership for the Remscheid branch, including budget, cost, and profit/loss responsibility, plus quality assurance
- Sovereign leadership of owner assemblies (ETVs) and professional management of advisory boards and property owners
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of the existing local team, including recruitment and team development
- Optimization of structures through clear processes, digital workflows, and defined responsibilities
- On-site implementation of central initiatives, particularly in digitalization, process automation, and quality improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
- Multiple years of experience as Managing Director or Prokura holder in property management, with focus on condominium (WEG) administration
- Deep WEG expertise and thorough knowledge of rental law; ability to handle complex legal and commercial questions confidently
- Sovereign experience preparing and leading owner assemblies (ETVs) and professional experience managing advisory boards and property owners
- Strong commercial acumen (including P&L and budget responsibility) combined with clear hands-on mentality and execution strength
