As Logistics Operations Manager, you will oversee warehouse operations and ensure service levels for customer fulfillment. Key responsibilities include: managing warehouse storage processes and capacity utilization; developing and implementing returns and disposal procedures; establishing productivity metrics and shift management; leading and supporting the operational team; analyzing operations for efficiency gains; and driving new improvement projects and system implementations.
You will report directly to leadership and own end-to-end logistics operations at the Rio de Janeiro facility (Bom Sucesso region). The role requires hands-on leadership of an operational team, with flexibility for 24/6 operations (Monday–Saturday).
Required qualifications: bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Administration, Engineering, or related field; proven experience with supply chain management principles, preferably in e-commerce and food retail logistics; prior team management experience; and hands-on WMS (warehouse management system) experience.
Desired skills: quality management tools knowledge; strong Excel and Office proficiency; excellent communication, planning, results-oriented mindset, interpersonal skills, and leadership; operational flexibility for extended hours.
