ElevenLabs is seeking a General Manager to lead and scale its UAE operations. The role reports to senior leadership and owns full P&L responsibility for the Middle East region, including revenue strategy, market expansion, team building, and execution of business objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with company goals; conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning; building and leading a high-performing sales and business development team; managing the sales pipeline and conversion metrics; establishing strong client and partner relationships; optimizing processes for sales efficiency; and ensuring the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of tech experience with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or GM role, with proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L. Deep knowledge of the UAE market is essential. You should have strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications, experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and analytical problem-solving ability. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. Must be based in the UAE.
